Walking Bliss Meditations was born one sunny morning during one of Natalie’s morning meditation walks, what is now called the Gratitude Groove. Realizing the amazing potential of these walks, Natalie created the Walking Bliss Meditations online website.
Walking Bliss Meditations are a perfect recipe of fun and depth. Mix in a twist of ancient yoga traditions blended with a solid foundation in eco-psychology, and add a dash of upbeat music to create a truly unique and inspiring product; it’s perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy their life fully and see the many possibilities life has to offer.

Natalie is an avid walker and lover of nature. She has finished her level 1 certificate in Eco-psychology and continues to work towards level 3 certification. Natalie is also a Registered Yoga Instructor and holds a Radio Broadcasting Diploma from Algonquin Collge, Ottawa.
Natalie lives in Windermere, BC were she continues to create Walking Bliss Meditations in the comfort and beauty of the Rocky Mountains .
