Walking Bliss Meditations are audio files that you download from this site and put into your ipod of mp3 player. Go for a walk while listening to the meditation and follow the guided practices. Each meditation is a different practice with a different focus, depending on what you need in your life right now. All of these practices have GREATLY enhanced my life and the lives of many around the world.
